RENEW CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

We believe time is a gift to everyone — both client and service provider! 

Here’s a simple breakdown how we honor time at Renew — 

• Same-day cancellations or rescheduling will result in a half-service charge for spa services and/or $50 missed appointment fee for medical spa services. 
• If you've purchased a package and miss a session, that will result in a $25 missed appointment fee. 
• All appointments will be reserved with a credit card.
